I plan to start to organize volunteers for events probably sometime toward the middle of February since my January is pretty busy. So begin to think of what you may want to do now. I'll also send a reminder e-mail at some point in mid-January.
In addition I apparently didn't enable the comment functionality for all users initially but have since fixed that so if you tried to comment on any post and it didn't work, well that issue should be resolved.
I'll try to post a few more updates in the next week or two as well.

Official Date and Preliminary Schedule of Events
June 25th - 27th
The format will be similar to prior years with dinner Friday evening for those that can make it with general fun a merriment to follow.
Based on feedback and discussion from last year we will be scraping breakfast, despite it being the most important meal of the day, for brunch. In practice this should have several benefits:
1) It will allow more people to attend the first meal, as generally those traveling on Saturday have not been able to attend breakfast.
2) It should keep the family slimmer.
3) It will open up a large block of time in the morning, tentatively we are planning for the Clausen Open pending interest and finding a golf course that will allow it.
4) Mimosas
So we will there will not be any need for lunch, however, a snack of some sort may be in order.
After Brunch we will have our standard slate of badminton and ladder golf tournaments along with any other activities that people might suggest. Already, one member of the Texas chapter mentioned a shoe flinging competition. Given the Texas connection I can only imagine it is something like this:
We'll have to wait to find out.
Sunday will be capped off with breakfast and awards.
So as you consider your ability to attend and how you would like to contribute to this year’s event we will need the following help. Please consider what you would be interested in doing.
Friday Diner
Brunch
Tournament/Event Coordinators
Children’s Activity Coordinator
Afternoon Snack
Saturday Diner
Sunday Breakfast
